Staff Accountant

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate financial records, support month-end close, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Generate financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure GAAP compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting.
